Becky's Cupboard - 2002

A slightly surreal presentation of a favorite childhood cupboard. Probably from the thirties, enhanced with stencils on the doors and toy dishes on the shelf. The cat in the tiny window turned purple by some freak of the brush’s imagination and the doll was added. However, this basic configuration exists in someone’s very home even as we speak!
